- Greet all guests in a positive and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate area such as simulator bay, retail or the bar
- Manage bookings for practice and lessons
- Process payments in cash and electronically for practice, lessons and merchandise
- Maintain the reception area, retail space and hitting bays to the highest of standards, in line with company operating procedures
- Answer phones and respond to enquiries whether by email, WhatsApp or Line
- Data collection from all new prospects through our initial enquiry process
- Attend staff training as and when required
- Key holder and shall be responsible during certain shifts to open and close the golf centre
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English
- Effective time management
- Basic computer / POS proficiency
- Experience in retail or hospitality or customer facing positions
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Golf knowledge preferred
- Service charge: Included
- Commissions:
• Vessel: THB xxx per golf bag.
• Other products: x% for other products.
- Bonus: Minimum 1-month fixed bonus.
- Health insurance: Provided after the probation period.
- 15 paid time off days, 2 or more days require doctors note
- 30 days sick leave
- 9.5 hours per shift (including 1 hour break) expected to be taken at the beginning or the end of the shift, allowing for 8.5 hours per shift. 5 days per week.
- No additional salary for weekend shifts, however will rotate shifts on weekends as preferred.
- Overtime as needed – industry standard
