• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking platforms, to identify and attract potential sales candidates.
• Job Posting: Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple channels to maximize candidate visibility and engagement.
  
• Candidate Screening: Review candidate profiles and conduct 15-minute pre-screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for the sales team.
  
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with the hiring manager for selected candidates, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
  
• Expand Job Postings: Reach out to additional channels for job postings, including universities, industry-specific job boards, and community organizations.
  

• ปริญญาตรี

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Have experience in recruiter or talent acquisition at least 2 years
• Have experience in recruit sales staffs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and social media channels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Salary 30K - 35K
