1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
3. Provide accurate information to inquiries, either in person, via email, or over the phone.
4. Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
6. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
7. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
8. Coordinate with other departments for office supplies and maintenance requests.
9. Support HR or administrative teams with onboarding or visitor arrangements.
10. Follow company security procedures, including visitor registration and badge issuance.
Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (depending on company requirements).
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality.
Daily rate: 500 - 1,000 THB/Day
Monthly rate: 15,000 - 25,000 THB/Day
