Payroll
· Cooperate with payroll outsource agency to
process monthly payroll for ensuring that all employee payments are accurate
and on time, including Personal Income Taxes, Social Security Fund, Provident
Fund, and other activities related with payroll processing
HRMS system
· Maintain and optimize the HRMS system for
efficiency.
· Maintain the HRMS database, ensuring accuracy
and consistency of employee records related to payroll, benefits, and
compensation.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by
the Supervisor
Compensation
& Benefits
· Prepare and support compensation &
benefits annual survey by working with the direct superior to facilitate
internal and external comparisons for benchmarking with the market to ensure a
competitiveness.
· Support the direct superior in designing and
reviewing compensation packages to ensure competitiveness when required and any
changing of employee's needs
·
Bachelor’s
degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management or any field related
·
Minimum
2 years of experience in a role related to the delivery of payroll processing
·
Strong
HRMS technical skills as demonstrated by the ability to generate and analyze
various reports using Excel and other reporting tools
·
Trustworthy
with attention to confidentiality
·
Proactive
and enjoy working under pressure
·
Good
command of Thai & English communication
· Good in Microsoft Excel,
Power point and Word and familiar with formula in Excel
· Based salary.

· Leave day as Thai labor law.
