- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews with potential candidates to ensure the company hires suitable and qualified employees. - Prepare and summarize daily, weekly, or monthly reports on employee attendance, including absences, leave requests, and tardiness, in order to maintain accurate workforce records. - Manage and administer employee benefits and welfare programs to ensure staff receive appropriate entitlements in accordance with company policies. - Handle various administrative tasks and maintain organized documentation to support efficient HR operations and compliance. - Act as a liaison between departments and external organizations to facilitate smooth communication and coordination of work-related matters. - Oversee employee conduct and ensure that all staff members comply with company rules, regulations, and workplace policies. - Perform other HR-related duties or special assignments as requested by management to support the overall operations of the company.
