1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
2. Monitor and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
4. Reconcile bank statements, financial records, and general ledger accounts.
5. Assist in cash flow management and financial forecasting.
6. Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
7. Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation.
8. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
9. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
10. Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and financial institutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English (required for multinational companies).
