• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and company policies via phone, email, or live chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting product or service-related issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate assistance.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service operations and customer satisfaction.
• Update customer accounts and maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring each customer feels valued.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure the best customer experience.

• ปริญญาตรี

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer concerns effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when interacting with customers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
