• Responsible for developing performance report and presentations for management as needed and within timeline.
• Work closely with the internal team and cross-functional team to synchronize campaigns. Request weekly and monthly meetings to sync up planning.
• Responsible for internal ads bidding; planning, implement and daily optimize in terms of budget, audience, creative (A/B testing) to maximize KPI.
• Responsible for operation tasks related to ads such as workflow submission, OA broadcast content and schedule, report and tracking gift stock management, etc.
• Plan and operate the monthly email and notification to update what’s new, campaign, send email material in education activities at minimum 2 campaigns/month
• Responsible for content creation to support education part such as 1-2 event/month, ads copy 50 contents per month. 
• Monitor, manage the offline event minimum 1 event/month and online event at minimum 1 event/month and summary the report such as attendee’s feedback, inquiries from online and offline activities within 1 day after ending of event.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external team such as call center to follow up the case to update through own channels (email, social media platforms) and close case within that working day.
