1. E-Voucher Product and Listing Management:
● Oversee the uploading of e-voucher codes and ensure that all listings are updated with accurate product details.
● Conduct routine quality checks to prevent duplication and maintain inventory accuracy.
● Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to product uploads and display, ensuring seamless platform operations.
2. Seller and Customer Support for Key Accounts:
● Create and manage product listings, ensuring compliance with guidelines on images, descriptions, and pricing.
● Upload seller products and digital artworks (AW) with precision, maintaining accuracy in product descriptions, prices, and images.
● Assist sellers in maintaining their product catalogs and resolving listing discrepancies.
● Collaborate with sellers and internal stakeholders to gather product information and resolve content-related issues.
3. Sales Monitoring:
● Track sales performance and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
● Identify significant sales or product performance changes and escalate findings to the team for further action.
● Identify major changes in sales or product performance and report findings to the team for further action.
4. Business Account Email Management:
● Monitor the business account email and ensure all inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
● Address operational inquiries and escalate non-operational concerns to the appropriate team for further processing.
Requirements:
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a
related field.
● Previous experience in merchandising, e-commerce operations, or
data management is a plus.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Google Sheets, and
familiarity with e-commerce platforms or
CMS tools.
● Ability to work independently, manage
multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Good
command of English
and ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
Contract Duration: 1 year and
renewal (under Adecco)
Workdays:
Mon – Fri (9.00 – 18.00 hrs.) – Office & WFH
Salary: negotiable
