Responsibilities:

Products

·       Identify trends and assess market demand to select the right mix of products for the Thai market.

·       Work closely with the team to source products that align with the brand and meet sales plans.

Inventory Management

·       Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

·       Effective inventory control measures, such as allocation, reordering and replenishment strategies.

Budgeting and Planning

·       Manage budgets for product categories, considering sales forecasts and company goals.

·       Working closely with other teams and related parties, such as marketing and sales, to align product strategies with overall business objectives.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional

·       Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment in merchandising strategies.

·       Collaborate with visual merchandisers team to ensure the call out zone and displays products efficiency.

Analysis and Reporting

·       Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about product assortment and pricing.

·       Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

·       Monitor industry and market changes to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.

·       Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the market.

• ปริญญาตรี

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any field related.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising.
• Knowledge of the products and customer trend
• Understanding of merchandising principles and strategies for retail business
• Experience in a merchandising role within a similar industry or with ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Ability to analyze sales data and maximize product replenishment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and working with Excel and SAP system will be take it as a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English
