Customer Account Specialist with customer service or supply chain and logistics background to provide support to customers
Customer services team is located in Bangkok and provide support to customers in Asia Pacific
Act as customer’s primary point of contact & maintain strong business relationship with assigned customers facing activities - order commitment and fulfillment; invoicing and issue resolution.
Responsible for providing customer support and ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating ownership and managing key cross functional interfaces with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.
Work and cooperate with other related functions as necessary to ensure customer/supplier issues are resolved, provide best option solution, and communicated back to customer/supplier in a timely manner.
Be an ambassador to build strong customer relationships, gain an understanding for their business/service needs, and leverage them to be a trusted advisor.
