Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Technical, and Technician positions.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and manage the recruitment process.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience for Engineering, Technical, and - Technician positions.

- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) as the hiring manager is a foreigner.

- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.

Working date/time: 5 days/week - Hybrid Working
Range Salary: 40,000 THB/Months
