• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offering
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals and social media platforms
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to support manpower planning and hiring needs
• Organize and participate in mass recruitment activities such as walk-in interviews and job fairs
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes, ensuring accurate recruitment documentation
• Track recruitment progress and prepare basic recruitment reports (e.g. time-to-fill, hiring status)

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1–2 years of experience in mass recruitment (experience in call center or telesales is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a service-minded attitude
• High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn

Based salary: 18,000 THB/Month
