Responsible for;

• Workplace equipment (laptops, monitors, docking stations, headphones etc.)
• Conference room equipment (monitors, projectors, audio/video equipment etc.)
• CDA (Windows)
• Internet connection
• Server room equipment (file server, network hardware, CCTV, access management etc.)
• Printers

• Bachelor of Science or Engineer in Computer Science, Computer Engineer and Information Technology
• Have 2 year of experience in IT Support 
• Have knowledge and experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, printer and basic network
• Ability to efficiently manage time 
• Fair communication skills both of spoken and written in English, service mind and good team player with positive work attitude 
• Good communication , interpersonal skills and proactive minded
• Able to work for short term period  (1 Oct - 31 Dec 2018, renewable)
