Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor organizational structure and employee movements, ensuring accurate HR records.
- Maintain employee database and support weekly new hire updates.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT for HR system-related support.
- Drive employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support performance management processes and evaluation cycles.
- Assist in talent management and development initiatives.

Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or talent management.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
