Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in business group · Manages HR Projects cross-functionally · Recruits personally the key talents for business group · Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees · Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves · Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions  · Challenges the organizational structure of business group

• ปริญญาตรี

1. Bachelor’s Degree in HR related field
2. At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR or recruitment roles
3. Have experiences in HR management
4. Strong in Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills
5. Project Management and Change Management Skills
6. Strong Business Acumen, Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
7. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
8. Good command in English and Chinese (HSK5+) is must
