• Provide customer support and assistance through designated channels, including phone, chat, and email. 
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner. 
• Investigate issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure effective resolution. 
• Accurately document customer interactions and case details in internal systems. 
• Follow established processes, service standards, and operational guidelines. 
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. 
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and follow up until resolution is achieved. 
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer experience.

 Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in any field. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. 
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based applications. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to solve problems effectively and handle challenging situations calmly. 
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities. 
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Contact Center, Customer Support, or other service-related roles will be an advantage. 
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment. 
• Able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays (shift allowance provided). 

• ฐานเงินเดือน (Base Salary): 17,000 - 24,000 (ตามประสบการณ์และทักษะด้านภาษา)
• เบี้ยขยัน (Diligence Allowance): 1,500 บาท
• ค่ากะ (Shift Allowance): 2,000 บาท (ตามเงื่อนไขเวลาที่กำหนดครบทั้งเดือนหรือมากกว่า 80%)
• ค่าล่วงเวลา (OT): ถ้ามี

• ประกันกลุ่ม (หลังจากผ่านระยะเวลาทดลองงาน)

• สถานที่ (Location): ตึกเมืองไทยภัทร (ใกล้กับ MRT สุทธิสาร) ถนนรัชดาภิเษก แขวงห้วยขวาง เขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพมหานคร 
• วันทำงาน (Working Day): 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (อาจจะไม่ได้หยุดตรงกับวันเสาร์ - อาทิตย์หรือวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์)
• เวลาทำงาน (Working Hours): หมุนเวียนเป็นกะ 
• 07:00 - 16:00 น. / 10:00 - 19:00 น. / 13:00 - 22:00 น. (ทำงานที่ Office)
• 17:00 - 02:00 น. / 22:00 - 07:00 น. (สามารถ Work From Home ได้)
