• Handle  call and e-mail from customers and providers

• Provide information according to insurance policy and claim enquiries

• Coordinate and support claim assessor

• Perform other duties and special assignments as required

• Thai language proficiency.
• Bachelor degree in any fields
• 1 year work experience in customer service and call center will be advantage
• Good English communication skill, TOEIC 600, if available
• Excellent Customer Service and  Interpersonal skill
• Good problem solving skill
• Able to work shift time; day and night, 5 days per week (Mon-Sun)
