Call Center (Contract)_BTS/MRT ปิดรับสมัครแล้ว

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, aiming for quick resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and actions taken using the company’s CRM system.
  • Offer product and service information, and assist with order processing, tracking, and status updates.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Ensure that all customer concerns are addressed in a courteous, respectful, and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.)
  • ปริญญาตรี
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and call center software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
