• Responsible for Account Payable Accounting (AP)
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Ensure that company accounting & financial reports are prepared in compliance with policies and directives of company.
• Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Assist in month end closing

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related fields
• 1-2 years experience in Accounting or Finance
• Good communication, coordination, managerial and analytical skills
• Good computer literacy
