Responsible for developing
and maintaining the master data for related integrated system ex., SAP,
Loyalty related and Fleet card system etc.
Process and ensure
completeness of documents submitted from BU, including data entry/system
set-up, including communicate to related parties where applicable.
Extract data, develop and
maintain reports and ensure data quality and accuracy.
Participate in initiatives/
process improvement to drive operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in business
administration, Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
Reporting or Back-office support (Oil & Gas experience is a plus/ New
graduate also welcome)
Proficiency in MS Office,
Advanced Excel, Pivot table, Vlookup etc.
(SAP / Power BI/ Power Automate Proficiency is a plus)
Business Acumen; having
business analytical, interpersonal skill, problem solving and
communication skill both Thai & English, including Growth mindset with
a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
of the organization.
